Preparation is key! πŸ’»βœ…

Up this Sunday morning on one! β €

When I am the absolute most productive is when I properly plan for my week! “Wingin’ it” just does not work for a playa! (Unless it’s Harold’s – mild sauce, salt and pepper with a pepper on the side! πŸ‘€πŸ—) I HAVE to be consistent with my regiments and routines in order to be successful. β €

Do I love spontaneity? Absolutely! BUT when it comes to being able to reach goals, you need a plan! I wrote about this on my blog before: “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail!”β €

I am focusing on continuing to be dedicated to a healthy lifestyle which includes working out 3 times a week at minimum, meal prepping for the entire week and drinking 100oz of water a day. In addition, I will constanly be create content for you all to enjoy!
